Every successful restaurant has a wall filled with photos of the owner with a bunch of celebs and you know what? Every bride and groom is a celebrity in our eyes so here's ours!
BOOKING QUESTIONS
Q: Do you have combo deals? 🥺
A: Yes absolutely! We have a 10% bundle discount if you get both photography and videography packages combined. It can be any package and they can be mixed and matched. We can also build a custom package for you from scratch.
Q: How does payment work? 💸
A: We take 50% upfront and 50% 1 month prior to the event. Payment plans are available upon request. Wedding dates are locked in only after the deposit has been made.
Q: What's your refund and cancellation policy? 🤔
A: Full refund given with a 60 or more days notice. If under 60 days, 50% deposit is kept. Rescheduling with 60 or more days notice is free of charge.
Q: When are the videos and photos delivered? 😍
A: Photos are typically delivered 2-4 weeks after the event. Films and Features usually take 4 - 12 weeks but can be longer depending on what time of the year it is. During peak season, wait times can vary.
If raw footage is purchased, it is made available 1 week after the event.
Q: Can I mix and match some of the packages? 😚
A: Great question, you actually can! Our packages are just baselines because every couple really is different so we can fully customize them and make it perfect just for you.
Q: I really want drone! Is that guaranteed? 🚁
A: Another great question! Drones are a bit tricky because of state laws and regulations. There are some areas (like DC) where you can't fly them (they literally will not take off) and some that are a bit more restrictive. The best thing to do is let us know where your venue is and we'll tell you if it's possible.
