It's super easy! Just fill out our contact form and we'll check if your date is available. From there, we'll hop on a quick phone or video call to get to know you, hear all about your wedding plans, answer any questions, and help you choose the package that's the best fit. Once you're ready, we'll send everything over electronically. A signed agreement and retainer officially reserve your date, and then the fun begins!

From your first inquiry to delivering your final gallery and wedding film, we'll be there to guide you every step of the way. We'll help with your timeline, answer questions, organize family photos, and make sure you feel prepared before your big day.
When the wedding arrives, we'll capture everything naturally while keeping things relaxed and fun. Afterward, our editing team carefully hand-edits every photo and film before delivering everything through an online gallery you'll be excited to share with family and friends.
Most couples book anywhere from 3–12 months before their wedding. Popular spring and fall dates tend to fill up the fastest, so the earlier you reach out, the better. If you have a last minute date coming up as well, go ahead and reach out and we can see if we can make it work :)
Absolutely! While we're based in Northern Virginia, we photograph and film weddings all throughout Virginia, Maryland, Washington, DC, and destinations around the world.
Great question! If it's within the local DMV area, there are no fees but if it's outside of that, travel fees apply. For specific locations, best to reach out and get a custom quote.
Great question, photos are typically delivered 2-4 weeks after the event. Sometimes it's shorter or longer depending on how busy the time of the year is. Also if you purchased Sneak Peaks, they are made available within 1 week :)
That's a fun question. So we don't put any limits on how many edited photos we give you, we just provide all the best shots :)
Usually for an 8 hour day, it comes out to be around 800-1200 edited photos.
Absolutely! Once your photographer and videographer have been assigned (usually 2-3 months out), we'll let you know exactly who's going to be celebrating with you on your wedding day!
Absolutely! If you've looked through our team page and have a favorite photographer or videographer, just let us know.

If you'd like to guarantee a specific photographer or videographer for your wedding and it's 6-12 months out, we offer a Preferred Team Member Reservation.

This simply guarantees that your favorite team member is reserved exclusively for your wedding date far in advance and don't do anything else like plan an epic vacation to the Caribbeans!

Yes absolutely! When we deliver the videos to you, you will have 1 optional round of edits to make any changes.
Every wedding is different in their own special way so when we begin the editing process, we carefully review all the footage and find music that best fits your vibe. If you have a general style or preference, you can let us know ahead of time as well :)
So raw footage is in a raw format and we always have to put a disclaimer for that. It's similar to raw photos in that you may not just be able to view it right of the bat and may need to have special editing software. The footage is also in a gray, flat raw color format because it's shot that way specifically as part of a raw codec and made for editors. What most people want is just all shots of the wedding color and that's not quite what you get with raw. What we usually recommend instead is to have a longer 1hr Documentary Edit which basically gives you all those extra moments and it's edited together nicely :)
A: Another great question! Drones are a bit tricky because of state laws and regulations. There are some areas (like DC) where you can't fly them (they literally will not take off) and some that are a bit more restrictive. The best thing to do is let us know where your venue is and we'll tell you if it's possible.
We take 50% down and 50% 1 month prior to the event. Payment plans are available upon request and wedding dates are locked in only after the deposit has been made.
All payments are final and non refundable. In order to secure your date, we and our team may have to say no other events or couples so out of respect for everyone we make all payments final.
Great question, you actually can! Our packages are just baselines because every couple really is different so we can fully customize them and make it perfect just for you.
Yes absolutely! We have a 10% bundle discount if you get both photography and videography packages combined. It can be any package and they can be mixed and matched. We can also build a custom package for you from scratch.
Definitely! We've photographed and filmed hundreds of weddings, so we're happy to help create a timeline that gives you plenty of time for beautiful photos while keeping your day relaxed and enjoyable.

Absolutely! Your online gallery makes it easy for family and friends to view, download, and share your wedding photos.
Edited photos are always included because they're the finished product that reflects our style and quality.
Raw video footage can be added to your package if you'd like to keep every clip captured throughout the day.
